I recommend against overclocking video cards, I know a person that fried 2 cards and still didnt learn :(

most people make the mistake of clocking up and not testing the card out fully, they get the clock up, go to game and then their card decides to mess up. Its also not guaranteed you will see a performance increase, particuarly on the memory, as it will error out if it doesnt have enough time between clocks to read/write.
 
I have the eVGA version of this card and it rocks. All games I play are at max graphics settings and silky smooth. The price is about $50 off what it goes for. Thumbs up!
 
I usually buy evga because their warranty is actually "lifetime" as in the time you hold the product instead of the lifetime of the card on the market. Most companies only warrant a card for as long as it is being manufactured, which can be incredibly short.
 
the trick is to overclock little by little and look for artifacts i fyou see any glitches then it's too much. but XFX overclocks it out of the box. XFX is pretty cool sbecause the warranty transfers and it's lifetime too
