Joel aka Car Nut (my middle bro) just got back from camping, Inner tubing on water @ 30 MPH + falling off + sun glasses being held in right hand = broken right ring finger on impact.

He'll be going to doc tomorrow.
 
That is to bad, however that doesnt suprise me about him at all.

He'll be in our prayers, and tell him to SLOW DOWN!!! :D
 
Results from doctor:

He has a spiral fracture on his ring finger on his right hand, and they are on thier way to the ER right now. He's looking at surgury to fix the nasty break.
 
He got back from ER, hello surgery next week.

Obleake fracture. gonna need pins put in.
 
I just got a look at the x-rays. O_o

Amazing a pair of sun glasses can do that much damage. If you didnt know what happened, you'd say he shattered it by looking at x-rays.

I'll see if i can get a scan and post a screen shot.
 
Well, he is gonna have immediate surgery monday (its the docs day off), his break is the worst kind you can have, it split hte bone in a arch from joint to joint, and the middle finger joint, is torqued 90 degrees right (baddddd).

Gonna have 2 screws put in and the joint straited out.

A 2 hour proceadure later, the doc didnt have a problem fixing the bone. My bro is out of surgery and awake. No complications... now recovery time :)
