It's a really long topic so I'll summarize. If you're like me and you're having this issue where your ui disappears and you screen goes black followed shortly by a fatal error game crash, Blizzard knows about it. The "quick fix" that's been suggested by Blizz is to cut your view distance slider down to half. They have said they're working on a fix. No idea when it will be released though.
