2006 Christian Gamers Alliance Convention

NOTE: I had hoped to make this post July 1 (as the first day of the second half of 2005), but got distracted while visiting Elihu here in Tulsa.

The first half of 2005 is over. The 2005 Christian Gamers Alliance Convention was, unfortunately, canceled. To ensure that the 2006 Convention does not suffer the same fate, I am starting discussion today regarding convention venues, events, plans, and so on.

Please post any and all suggestions for the 2006 CGA Convention. I hope to delegate a Convention Coordinator (to manage all aspects of convention planning) by August 1.

i think we should have an east coast convention and a west coast convention. that way i could go to one of them!

I think it's a good idea to have a DC one, but let's wait until 2012.

Maybe we should have one in Kansas or Colorado. They both seem like nice, central locations-- split the travel time up evenly.

Or we could have another one in Tulsa. That is, after all, the only location proven to work!
