2.4 Patch - New PTR Build

- [Primal Nether] aren't bind on pickup anymore. And there was much rejoicing.
- New items: 5 Epic BoP trinket JC recipes
- Item changes: 25-man bosses now drop 2 Badge of Justice. It also appears that you can now buy Nether Vortex with Badges.
- Item sets changes
- Resilience changes: Resilience now effects mana drain.
- Classes changes to Warlocks and Paladins.
- Tuskarrs
- Patch notes additions

Damage from ret pvp sets goes down in exchange for resilience. Still the best you can get outside of raiding, but a bummer none the less. At least arena grind won't be as painful.
