I strongly urge anyone who uses IncGamers updater program to stop doing so. There are some serious issues at that website.
 
So far WAU has not been hit with any known trojans, and I believe due to the nature of the Ace website, I would not worry about it too much. But gold farmers are desperate to hack accounts and will go to any length to do so, and they try to target .exe files that are commonly used in conjunction with WoW.

If you can avoid the use of any .exe files like these, it would be best to do so. However, IncGamers seems to use a service (a mirror) to host their UICentral program and these servers are what got hacked. I believe the Ace people are in control of their own servers, but not sure.

You should be fine using WAU (and WoWEcon for that matter) but, be vigilant on virus updates. One symptom of the UICentral virus is that it would delete your WTF folder so it could watch it get recreated and grab account names from the folder.
