I thought I'd share something special...

Squinky, my oldest daughter (that is her screen name, hehe), got up on Friday morning 8/4/06, and asked to watch a movie. Of course I asked her which one she wanted to watch.

She said STAR WARS.

I was in shock... I asked her which one. She said the one with the fury little creatures in it, and where they live in the trees (Return of the Jedi, for those un-educated).

I was so proud of my daughter... She has come full circle, she accepted Christ, she has shown selflessness, and now she's a...

Much to my dismay we have a new star wars fan in the house. lol. That being said please pray for our little squinky. She is fighting a bad cold/allergies. I started her on her breathing treatments again to get this thing cleared out. We don't like her feeling like this and she is not sleeping well at night which means mommy and daddy aren't either. I know she is fine and that God has healed her but extra prayers are always a plus.

I'm so happy for you PW!!

I remember how happy I was the first time my boy held up his lightsaber and excliamed "I'm Darth Vader!"...ahh... fun times...fun times.....

Now hold on..... I'm a trekkie. :P Or at least I prefer Star Trek TNG to Star Wars. PW and I watch it every night at 8 and 9 pm on G4. hehe
 
I have a list somewher eon my email that explains why Star wars Charecters would kick butt in the star trek world... That settles all bets.. I'll look for it after Baby Pie leaves this afternoon, while I write up the clan meeting agenda.
