they seem to upped the drop rate in ft we 2 man it and got 2 gold and 4 green armor drops plus the drops are tradeble for a short time also if you do the nightmare quest line the necklace at the end can turn blue judges into gold

what did you do with your 14 crowns i got the level 30 non elites boots & gloves gave then to my ranger and enought points left over plus 4 crowns that i got for vet rewards i was able to get 4 of the blue accessories on a side note turn them in at the core get like 9600 ap

no you can swap between toons , jsut remember any manastones you have in there gets lost when you exchange between types
