so my nVidia 7600GT 256MB DDR3 seems to be malfunctioning - I think it's bad sectors in the memory on the card. I want to replace it as cheaply (looking forward to 1wk unemployment) as possible with a minor upgrade and I'd prefer to stay with nVidia so I don't need to monkey with the drivers...

When Factions came out and they added the Battle Isles, if you had any character to Tombs, you automatically had HA unlocked.

First thing you should do - if you haven't done HA before, make sure you have access to the outpost. If you don't have "Heroes Ascent" as an outpost on the battle isles (go to the Great Temple of Balthazar and hit M, look at the NE corner of the map), you won't be able to participate this...

You do need to have the Final Assault quest active, so you do have to complete the four quests of "To Sorrow's Furnace" - Galen Trask, Kilroy Stonkin, High Priest Alkar and Orozar Highstone. You don't need to finish Final Assault though, just get hit by the "sorrow's flame" Although...

I believe that "ranked 994" refers to our standing (score) in the GvG ladder. I think we played and lost one GvG match in SOE so lost 6 points down to 994 from the starting point of 1000. The Kurzick faction is a sum total of the Faction transferred by members to each of the individual guilds...
