heh, last raid I was on we wiped on Fester a bunch and quit after a while. I'd love Redeemed to get further in 25 man, but we can't treat it like it's farm content and bring anyone. We still hit the enrage timer with a 30% buff...

It's no longer a proc at all, it's just always up. Definitely worth taking.

Enhance is great. A lot of people don't like the complexities of mastering it so they are somewhat rare.

I don't see how this makes engineering better... other than the goggles will be slightly more choice based. You can make them and decide what stats you'd like in those slots. Overall though the stats WITH the "gems" in will likely be comparable to the first tier of raiding. Now if we could give...
