Audio book reader? I'm talking about books professionally read by someone and normally in MP3 format you can play in any audio player (cell phone, mp3 player, pc, etc)

Sounds like a great book. Hopefully they come out with an Audible.com version. Anything more than a few pages and I can't really stick with it since I fall asleep :( Audiobooks are pretty nice though, can listen while doing other stuff :D

I voted no because I normally work weekends but my new schedule starts Aug 19th. If I get weekends off, I will totally be there :D That's 4am my time so I'll just go to bed a little earlier.

Sanctum of Rall sounds like a great place to go. Is Eternal Grove eliminated as an option now or they just aren't bringing that one back online for release?

I noticed the pets dying fast also. Would be about 2-3 hits and dead. Some of the skills working differently could also be that tooltips weren't just updated. I will definitely be watching this thread as Ranger will be one of my mains.

I agree with cadeyrn and shamgar. I think getting the Workshop first would be a good idea and it's easy to get and then work on Politics. Just my opinion :)

I always start with a mage/wizard type class in each MMO but was sadly disappointed in Elementalist. Maybe I didn't get the right weapon or something with a decent combo of skills. Elhanan: Was there any specific weapon(s) that gave you a particular combo of skills that you really liked?

Whether there is a BWE coming or not, I usually run the launcher at least once a day :P

Some information I haven't been able to find about the game so far. 1. Does each race have a special ability/buff that would make it better to play certain professions on each race? 2. Does the background you set up at the start of character creation have any real affect on your character...

I agree with Elhanan's first 2 suggestions. Didn't notice either but I'm guess I would have eventually since I'm thinking Ranger as my starting character.
