By the way, in the video for Flame Leviathan it states, "destroying towers activates hard mode". It doesn't. Destroying towers makes the fight easier.

With regards to thaddius, I think one issue was not making sure new ppl or those playing a new role, understood that it's not enough to just always run to the right to change polarity sides. You need to run to the "far" outer right when you change. (from - to +) And when you run from + to -...

Overall you did good last night on Malygos, being it was your first time there. But I don't recall where you were on dps meters. (That's one of those fights that really needs every ounce of dps a person can conjur up :) because of the timer.

What Rob said sounds ok.. But I think the only issue here is if you come in and tank for 50% of the run, some dps gear falls from the first boss and you are tanking spec.. You tanked it. Should you roll on it over those who started off with a dps spec? I'd feel .. odd.. about doing that...
