As for guides, I found a few lately. Mostly are for end game shaman's but the info pertain's to leveling I'm sure. This link contains attainable gear when raiding. It also has 2 other links that are great for resto shaman's. One is a healing guide and the other is pre-raid healing gear.

Yeah I use a ton of macros for my shaman. I have totems set up so I just have to push one button to drop all four. I also have a button set up to cast my Nature's Swiftness (instant cast of any spell under 10 secs) then cast highest rank Healing spell. I'll link you where I found these. Macro

To correct myself, I've never used the Major agility. I only have experience with the greater, sorry for the confusion.

I still not sure about the mongoose and agility stacking. I've tried it before and I have seen the two icons show up in my ctbuff but I don't think it increased my agility/crit the extra 25. I must try it again though. And if you've actually noticed the increase let me know.

This is a posible end game rogue build. I've been working with a seal fate build while leveling and have had some success while instancing also. I haven't used Mutilate yet so I'm wondering if I should stop at Vigor and put the rest into combat/sub. Anyway, let me know what ya think. 41/13/7
