I'm more interested in how much advantage there really is to IV in a raid situation. It seemed to me that it was there to help frostbolts in arena, not to increase raid DPS. I would think that being able to throw more "stats" on gear at damage and rely on the 10 arcane to increase your mana...

17/0/44 is your cookie cutter arcane/frost PVP spec iirc...I believe that it has been shown that your two highest damage specs (unless you have the luxury of 2 pc. T5 set or a shadow priest, in which case it's arcane...) are 10/48/3 and 10/0/51. Before they removed the damage tax on fireball, I...

You could probably macro something to that effect pretty easily...I forget which slots they are, (I seem to remember 15-17 being the weapon slots, with 18 being ammo) but you could even specify that in the case of having an OH weapon you want to equip in your MH.
