Ben, I noticed that you're gemming for a lot of Haste. I think that Int is probably still the best stat to stack. Even tho haste is yummy, I think you want to keep gemming int, and Int/Haste where the bonus makes sense. Remember that you do get an extra 5% int, so that makes int even better...

Since there is no more DoT clipping, I don't believe you need to worry about haste plateaus any more. As long as you re-apply the DoT before it runs out, it will simply extend the current debuff on the mob - no ticks are lost.

The night I first killed Heroic Anub'arak in ToC10 was on the 14th attempt that night...sometimes it just takes a lot of reps to work all the kinks out of your strategy, and to get your group to execute correctly.

I can tell you already that heroics get a lot easier with gear. I'm in all 333/346+ gear now, and they're really not hard to heal anymore. Just did heroic BRC with no CC on trash, wasn't too bad. DPS is hard to keep up if they pull off the tank tho, so that part of it still matters.

Note that the standards I listed there are an example of what might be expected for a progression group. My goal was to get people in the right frame of mind if they were hoping to get into a more serious 10 man. Ultimately, the raid leader of each group comes up with the standards for the group...
