It's time for a slew of polls!! Favorites ahoy!

Because I like polls: What's your favorite profession.

EDIT: Gah! I before E.. too late to change it. But let the record show I have found my own typo. And no, I'm not going to say what word is misspelled, you have to figure that out yourself :)

I love the Necro axe! I think it's a little weird that the minions don't come from bodies... but I think it's going to be a great profession. I think mine is going to be a Sylvari... I like the idea that plant people are totally cool with dead bodies.

I'm going to have a Human ele - but I'm excited about a Charr warrior and Sylvari ranger

Necros have some amazingly fun skills. SO BEASTIE!
I am playing a thief as my main, but I think I like the Necro better than the Ranger I was planning to play.

I knew Ranger and Warrior were going to be the top two in this poll, but I am surprised about the Thief. Didn't know we liked that that much. I would have banked for Elementalist as #3

Necro was the only profession I dismissed right from the start. The idea of playing death magic, even just in a game, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Too much darkness for me.

I fell in love with the Guardian, but I do have a slight doubt about getting stuck with a defensive oriented class. I'm hoping I don't get to max level and find I just can't put out enough damage to finish someone off. ANet says they want to favor offense over defense, which makes sense from a pure game balance point of view. You want to avoid long stalemates that overpowered defense can cause. Still, will that make a profession that specializes in defense always seem a little inferior to other professions?

Necro was oodles of fun in GW1. Not sure how I feel about GW2 necro yet.. I'll still roll one, but I hope they manage to tweak it some more.

The engineer was a blast. It will be interesting to figure out what they can be used for. It seemed like more of support role but with the right traits it could be a powerhouse...
