Jumping in here a little late... Newegg is definitely the cite to order things from! I built a whole new rig from parts I ordered on Newegg and I saved over $150 in rebates and deals.
Now, on most graphics cards the manufacter will recommend the wattage but that doesn't mean the card actually uses that much. I bought a Radeon HD 6850 with a $30 rebate and it recommends a 500W power supply. However the card only pulls around 300W unless you over clock your system, which I didn't. So I bought a Antec EarthWatts 380W power supply that runs my card perfectly and I saved myself some money. So before you buy a upgraded power supply I'd recommend looking at what the card actually needs. The manufacter is going to always say it needs more though. Also, the power supply I bought had more than enough connectors for 2 graphics cards, floppy discs, CD/DVD drives, hard drives and so on...
