Osama found dead!

If hell is not hell than you are suggesting that there is such a place. Scripture is clear that there is heaven and there is hell. There is no inbetween. So, hell is hell and death is death.

but for now, turn on Fox news!

Terrible station. XD

As for the death, I couldn't care either way. While I cracked a joke or seven at the event on Facebook, in the end, this changes nothing. Sure, terrorists may be reeling, or they may not be, our foreign policy remains the same, and we're still at "war" with terrorism (how can we fight an ideal and not a nation? XD). But to be fair, the speech Obama had last night was well stated and thoughtful (the one on HULU). I by no means support any true political stance, but I guess it's cool that the nation is unifying a bit, even if it's over the death of some man.

Scripture is clear that there are degrees or levels of Heaven and Hell

It doesnt matter if there are levels. Its still hell and you are still separated from God for eternity. I don't care if Osama is eternally beaten burned and tortured for eternity while someone who stole candy never gets to eat candy again. Separation from God is the ultimate punishment.

Also, Scripture is not clear, it is vague on the matter. Dantes Inferno is the only clear book on the matter.

Interesting thing about Fox news is they continually bring up Pakistan's involvement. I don't see this on the other channels.

I agree with you that the separation from God is ultimate, but I still choose to maintain proper Theology of Heaven and Hell. It is worth studying the many verses that speak of Hell and Heaven and not write them all off as , "Hell is bad, Heaven is good, that's all I need to know" It kinda sounds like you are rendering the many passages that speak to this topic as pointless.

I have never read Dantes Divine Comedy, but I have read Heaven by Randy Alcorn. (Highly recommended)

All sins are the same in that they violate the revealed will of God. All sins lead to death, unless confessed and forgiven. In this sense all sins are equal. However, the Bible is clear in classifying sins and punishments. Just as there are levels in Heaven there are levels in Hell and some will be punished worse than others. There are many warnings in the Bible that sinning once vs continually sinning is worse in God's eyes.

To say that God feels the same about a candy bar thief and a mass murder is perverting God's Judicial nature. God hates all sin but there is a degree of Hate greater for some sins and there is greater punishment for some sins.

Matthew 10:15
Matthew 11:21,22
Mark 6:11
Proverbs 6: 16-19
2Peter 2:20,21
Luke 12:46,47
John 19:11

I never said it isn't worth knowing, I just said it doesn't matter, and knowing or not knowing will never change a thing. Hell is real, Heaven is real. Preach the gospel.

I'm proud of our navy seals who have risked their life to protect us in this operation. I pray for our military first, many have died for us on the battlefield already and I have friends and relatives currently serving over there. I am understanding of the rejoicing as I saw it as a spontaneous outpouring of relief on the part of our people. Osama put himself squarely on the side of lawlessness and has had a hand in killing thousands of innocent men, women and children and God also has a part in bringing people to justice to protect the innocent. Just a few days ago, a 12 year old boy was used as a suicide bomber, and that breaks my heart and this is the atmosphere men like USB brought with their twisted teachings. I won't rejoice in the streets, but I'll not feel sorry for him either. I am saddened that he never knew the Lord, perhaps if he had none of this would of happened and it is our responsibility to reach the world for Christ.

Some good work on the wars was done by a journalist (who was killed) here: http://restrepothemovie.com/ Gives you a deeper understanding of what our boys are going through in this forgotten war.
