Money Idol Exchanger comes out on PSN as a PSOne Import tomorrow.

Yes, I'm the only person in all of North America that cares about this, but I am so excited. More excited than a grown man should be about a fast-paced puzzle game from 1997 featuring anime characters.

Planning on buying this tomorrow before G-Mode finds out the release and raises a big stink about the game's similarities to Magical Drop like Data East did years ago.

Deep breaths Tek. You've got to learn to accept you have a PS3 now and it has a large library of games :p .

Yes, but until now, there was NO US release of Money Idol Exchanger in any form. This is the first time this terrific and obscure Japanese puzzle game is seeing a stateside release on a home console (I don't count the NEO*GEO as a home console). I think that last sentence should fully explain the cause of my excitement.

Haha, maybe another day. He's been a Money Idol Exchanger fanboy as long as I've known him. :p
QFT. I really do think I'm the only person in the Western hemisphere who even knew that this game existed a few years ago.

The game has extensive use of Engrish. Examples of phrases used include "Let's fight to computer!" and "You put the same kind of items. That's OK."

ahahah i want to play now!

Engrish does indeed add to the game's charm.

Now I want to go and record a video of the game's tutorial.
