Lol. But I'm sure I could a much better ping back in Texas. Heck, my ISP here in Missouri bounces all their stuff through a backbone in Dallas, I think (based on ping tests to different places around the country).

Depending where you live and your service provider you *should* be hitting the one in Springfield.

Yes, that's likely (since I live just a few minutes away from Springfield) but then Dallas gives me better pings than St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago, etc.
 
I thought he was from your neck of the woods. Wait, does New Jersey have any woods? Telephone poles don't count.
