it's the same as d2 accounts, once they ban you account, even if they made a mistake, there's no way of fixing it.
no clue why they do that.
Easy, they have 25203689523526752 customers, and the game is somewhat of an addiction. So when something happens and people find out, they don't often quit out of disappointment. No matter what they do with an individual account, they never lose much money.
They can afford to do it, despite how stupid it may be.
Definitely not very ethical.
