So...I think that rotation is there to some extent, but it can always be improved. I know on a couple of these I had to fill in for various reasons, but the +dmg does become more important for the Curator and beyond which I believe (speaking for Q) Nevi is primarily scheduled for the the Monday runs.
 
In time all things will become clear... Thanks to the Officers for understanding...

Well finally thank the lord that augustious is finally attuned for kara,so may i please be put on team number 3 for kara? or 4 which ever, thanks again.
 
Grats Augustious!! Its been a long hard fought battle but it is good to see you prevailed over the evil BM:)

These are working numbers that are in flux. They are non-buffed numbers (no consumable or self buffs). I know the hunter numbers need work, but we simply did not have any when we made these.

What if your character is geared to crit and not flat out +damage? Sure, +damage helps, but when your crits do 100% more damage, it isn't as important as +to crit.
 
I think in the cases like this Osirys we would have to go by a trial performance. Personally I think you are fine, with the amount of dmg you deal... as you get better gear you will only get better and I'm personally excited about that.

LAst night in Kara you were in the top 3 damage dealers... and we had some BIG damage there.
 
Romulas, King of the Protection Paladins, is attuned ,and I have met the requirements at about 90% to 95%...almost there but i am ready to go if i am need or you guys think i am up to it :D
