Other server alts

As for powerlevelling, I suspect with 2-3 of us, we can whip through the initial stuff very quickly (a few nights). I know all the quests for all the races for lvls 1-25 pretty well. :D

Awsome. I'll be starting my Orc this evening but might not play tonight as I might try to go to UBRS. If UBRS is full, I'll start on my orc. The name Unreasonable it shall be thanks to Sam. That is if it is not taken. I'll just have to pray it's not.

Faust, let me know what race your going to be. Hopefully it will be a troll or an orc as I do know they have the same starting area. If not, I'm sure we can figure out a zone to start in.

I haven't decided, but if I do UD, I can get to the Orc/Troll starter area really easily. UD is better for mage, but Troll is just, well, cool! :p

Yuck! Me sa no like trolls, see?
I may just go Tauren Warrior. Or Shaman. I can't decide! It's a bit harder for me to head over to Durotar or Silverpine, but maybe I can get an escort. Otherwise, I'll see ya in the teens!

yeah tauren's have a harder time getting to the durator starter area, for UD it's pretty easy. We could just plan to meet in the Barrens. That's a great place to go from lvl 10-20/25. Just ignore Barrens chat. :(

I think Tauren is a great choice for shaman, the stomp along with improved ghost wolf form, allows to you stomp and run away very quickly when need be.

I might go for a warlock afterall. I think he would help out more. Soul stones and health stones are always nice. Limited downtime is also great on a pvp server (less time sitting around to get ganked by rogues). The succy/fellpuppy are also very nice as well (I prefer the succy myself). So UD warlock it is (likely female so I won't be so hunched over).

I can head over to the orc starting area if you want though, let me know. It's pretty much just a zepplin ride away.

I will be making a Tauren something (warrior, shaman, or druid). I have a level 11 warrior and I am having as this is the first time I have played a warrior. I may go shaman as it has lots of similarities to a pally (at least the little I dabbled with being a shaman). Duids can have lots of versatility too. But anyway, I would love to continue the fellowship and maybe we can do some levelling together. Not sure on what amount of time I will be able to spend on that character as this is a fairly busy time in my life and I want to progress with my Dungeon 2 set on my pally and keep moving my hunter along towards 60.

I will try to get on with this toon soon so we can be close in level and I can see how things work out on a PvP server.

You won't feel any difference before level 20 or so (once you are done with Barrens/Silverpine). Perhaps you will see more people dueling.

Ok, since I didn't feel like spending a ton of time on a new name, I recycled the name of my last warlocks on Terenas: Afflictilock (female UD).

OK, I've created the following toons on Mal'ganis today:

Bluelaser - troll shaman
Cowplop - tauren druid
Shelflife - undead priest
Limabean - orc warlock

I'll play the class that is most needed and use the rest for mules :)

And I made a Tauren Shaman named Grymhatha on Mal'Ganis and a Tauren Warrior by the same name on Norgannon.

I went ahead and created a list for everyone so this is alittle more organized. The following list has their TF.com name first and underlined, followed by their toon names on Mal'Ganis. Hope this helps everyone and it will be easier to keep their friends list sorted until we figure out exactly what we are doing.

Crackotage - Bluelaser, Cowplop, Shelflife, Limabean
SlavidZee - Zondervan
SamIam - Skinless, Necrose
Shuranda - Shezap, Shehan
Elwood - Grymhatha
Harrison (Not his posting name) - Hosea
Reason - Unreasonable

Hope this helps.

Looks like we've got tons of shammie action already! Should I bite the bullet and roll Warrior to round us out? I wouldn't mind terribly, but shammies are so much more interesting!!

Always play what you want. Shammies can tank easily enough in the early levels so that won't be a prob. In fact I've seen them tank in ZF. I forgot to mention that I have a feral drood (Surloyn, lvl 35ish) that could tank some; my rogue is my main toon though.

Kasandra - (my wife)Ahadiel 24 Mage,

so do we want to sign a charter (do we have enough)? or do we just want to play around for a few weeks and see where we are then?

I think we should hold off and see how things develop. We need to see how many would be playing regularly on M'G vs Terenas. Someone needs to step up to be a guild leader (not me). We need a forums and TS. Although I like the idea of making an extension of TF on M'G and using the existing TF forums/TS, we need to get permission first and not just assume that we can do so. I'm not saying that anyone is assuming, just making sure toes aren't stepped on.

Hey guys, feel free to use this thread for the next few weeks to get yourselves settled but as I have mentioned to some of you in your pms to me and on the other thread, these forums and teamspeak server are for the use of TheForgiven on Terenas. I see why too much confusion by newcomers and oldtimers to continue to have the two associated beyond that. So again, feel free to take a few weeks to sort it out.

okay... let me play devil's advocate...

what do you by regularly.. because for alot of people this is just going to be where they play theirs alt's and if we base us making a guild off just how much people play we may never start it...

kirk, you and i have talked about this prior and as i said on here and to you i'm more than willing to take over GL responsiblities...

Now for m'g ... how do we get permissions for our own forum and use of the TS server. who do we need to talk to and i'm sure indepth discussion between myself and that person needs to take place,

Harrison

You would need to speak with Tek7 who runs CGA and apply as an associate group. As for Teamspeak, you just need a box to run it on and share the ip info to those interested. Some people are fans of Vent which is also free and runs well under windows. I do not use vent much. Personally, I think it sucks compared to TS but each to their own ;)

Well, my little bit of info. I have 3 chars on Norgannon. One dwarf pali, one undead priest and one tauren shammie. All of these are under L5.

My play time off of Teranas will be limited to short duration outages of Teranas. Any long duration outages and I will probably be off doing something else besides WoW.
