I def found the sexual themes now. One is the player created environment. The new seasonal event has swimsuits and people are doing wacky things in them. Also I found a place where there were some NPC dancers and some NPC pirates watching them and making sensual comments to them. It could totally be passed by, it was just random NPC chatter but it was there.
