Daily quests

Somebody was telling me about daily quests that you can only do once a day but net you a pretty nice chunk of gold. I'm looking for somebody who knows of these who'll get me onto them and then I be looking for others who'd like to join me.

I do, it about the only way I make money... Let me know I'll show you the ropes... it's about 15 min and you get 20 gold

I only do the beginning daily quests but even that's 12g for 15 min round-trip for Shattrath ... about as close to a "Forgotten Coast fishing run" as I've found in TBC for a guaranteed quick-gold run.

My understanding is that the potential gold income is actually up to 120g per day, depending on prereqs ... all require flying mount to do:

A) If you only have flying mount, you can do the Skettis quests for easily 12g per day, plus 12g per each annoying escort and gank-heaven quest you do.
B) If you have done the Ogri'la prereqs done, you can do the Skyguard and Ogri'la quests in Blade's Edge and Skettis totalling up to 48g per day (plus the escort quest)
C) If you also have Ogri'la honored you can do one more quest for another 12g per day (for a total of 60g per day now)
D) If you also have 300 flying skill, you can do Netherwing repeatables too and probably cap out the 10 daily quest max to give you 120g per day. But why do need daily repeatable gold runs after you have your epic flying skill ... sigh @ Blizzard...

Here's a list of all the quests ... my more detailed low-down follows.

1) SKETTIS FLYING - EASY, NO PREREQS, ONE-A-DAY: Quest: Fires over Skettis is the "egg-popping" quest in Skettis that is just the gold giveaway. The only substantial prereq is having a flying mount ... besides that just show up to Skettis, fly around, and collect your gold. Not that this quest really requires tips, but my learnings are:
a) If you die in mid-air, you sometimes can't get close enough to your corpse to rez. The workaround is to have someone BG queue you ... you get an auto-rez that once the BG pops. When you exit to BG, you exist at the spot where the person queues you, so that's the one downside ... but for me at least, way way better than the cost of the durability hit.
b) To minimize chances of the birds killing you, wear your stam gear ... and it's often quickest to escape but just flying straight up as you can fly out of the birds' range and lose aggro.

2) SKETTIS ESCORT - HARDER, NO PREREQS, REPEATABLE: Also in Skettis, there is an escort quest Quest: Escape from Skittis. This quests yields the 12g plus a choice of 2 midrange healing or mana pots. The problem with it is that it tends to be way more camped than the flying quest, and you are much more likely to be ganked. It can also take awhile to fly around Skettis trying to find one of the three spawn spots for the prisoner that you escort.

3) BLADE'S EDGE FLYING - HARDER AND BIG PREREQS: This is another bombing-type quest ... main issue is that you have to do the Blade's Edge Ogrilla quests first, which includes 5 5-man quests in a row that (I've only done the first three, took about an hour and we did die several times). Those quests start with
Quest:Speak with the Ogre, which takes you through the 5-mans.
After completing that, you go to Chu'a'lor in Ogri'la and do a few preliminary quests and can eventually do:
Quest:Bombing Run
It looks like this takes some learning to get the hang of, but will be 12g/day.

4) BLADE'S EDGE SKYGUARD FARMING - NOT SURE HOW HARD, BIG PREREQS. This quest Quest:Wrangle More Aether Rays%21 looks like the Ram quest in AV ... you tame the best, bring 'em back to down, rise& repeat 4 times. Rewards are 12g plus 15 Apexis shards.

5) Then there is also an Ogri'la daily quest:
Quest: The Relic's Emanation

6) Plus another Ogri'la one you get at honored:
Quest: Banish More Demons

So ... if you do the Ogri'ls group quest stuff, there's a lot of money potentialliy on the table. I just don't have a feel for how camped and/or challenging the Blade's Edge quests are.

Gilga ... out!

ive been doing dailies for a while and yes its amazing money, 125g a day all while im just waiting in av Q.
im exalted with all 3. skyguard, netherwing and ogrila. there were a few along the way which i deemed not worth the time and effort so i dont do those but there are still 10 easy ones which are not hard to open

2 terrorkar escort and bombing
4 ogrila - 2 of which are both Skyguard and ogrilla rep
6 netherwings

i will post an excel spreadsheet i made of the quests i have uncovered (which im sure is all) and specifically listed the easiest ones.
i also listed the rep and the money from each (there is only 1 which is more than 11.99 and one less)
the rep is with the 10% human bonus so be sure to change it if you rep gimped.

there is a rep calculator spreadsheet 2. just so you can see how many days you will have to wait until dinging with each faction.

Thank you for bumping this. I found another at Skettis. It is collecting dust. You need to collect 5 or 6 dust for the 'Vision' to come to the commander who is sick. Not too hard.

Quest:Bombing Run

I do these, but you have to do the 5 man quest first to qualify.....you pick it up from the big fat ogre in lower city. You'll find him sitting by where all the vendors are clumped.

Not to mention all the sweet reputation you can grind! After you get your epic mount there are more dailys you can do with the netherwing faction. Not that I would know, because I don't have my epic mount. Or do I? Am i just hiding it so Mordos doesn't find out? Most of you will never know.
