Well the questline to get to Neutral with Netherwing starts with the quest "Kindness" which starts from the guy in the middle of Netherwing Fields. From there, you just have to do a bunch of simple quests. The last step is the 5 man part. Not too hard and once you hand that in, you are automatically Neutral with Netherwing, and if you have 300 riding, you can begin the daily quests they have there at the orc camp thingy.
