Got this from my Daily Devotional today and wanted to share it. Today's topic was "How can I gain wisdom?"
Giving God first place in your life is a prerequisite to receiving his wisdom. God promises to give wisdom to anyone who asks, but asking God for wisdom is hollow if you are not willing to give God control of your heart. Wisdom comes from the Holy Spirit who lives in those who believe in Christ. Thus wisdom is found in relationship with God.
"If you need wisdom - if you want to know what God wants you to do - ask him, and he will gladley tell you. He will not resent your asking." - James 1:5
