I was helping Nikoli with her Inquisitor companion quest, and got curious, which lead to me going over a pile of rubble that didn't seem like you should be able to go over, and fighting some normal mobs, and a boss, that all seemed to be part of am area that seemed unfinished. Looks to me like that cave on Korriban where you release Khem Val, I think he's looking up at Khem Val's holding cell.
