Want to keep our vent server??

Our vent server plays an integral part in our guild for communication and as such is a commodity we'd rather not do without. That being said, we are in need of donations to keep it going at this time.

The amount due is $60 on the first of July. Several large donations were done up front to keep the server paid for for quite some time, but we can't rely on those members to continually contribute out of their pockets for everyone.

If you would like to make a donation to help keep our vent server running, please follow this link with the instructions on how to do so. The donations go to ToJ who in turn pays the bill for us out of the ToJ bank account. Be sure to include "donation for Redeemed vent server" in the memo line.
 
Not sure and not sure....lol. I'm informative aren't I? I did just PM those questions though and should get a response for you soon.
 
I went to the website....we have a 75 seat server and if you pay for 3 months at a time it is $19-90/month....so basically $60. That amount would drop to just under $45 for three months if we could drop to a 50 seat server (which I see as totally doable).

I believe there are already donations being made monthly to cover some of that as well (although I'm not sure how much).
 
Aye, just passing info along as I get it from the accounts manager for ToJ. She just made me aware that its coming due again soon. Not sure if we have donations already in place for July or not, but assuming not since we were told the full amount. Perhaps those donations have yet to be sent in yet?

I agree that we could probably get that changed to 50 seat and drop our cost down. I'll send a PM to Tek to see who needs to do this and how.
 
$20 donation has been made already, so 1\3 of the cost for the next 90 day period is covered.
