lol, I can see it now. Guild names like Company Inc. or Business Ltd. with ranks that model the typical business org structure. Instead of GM, Chairman, President, Chief of Operations, Chief of Finance, etc etc, third rank could be mid manager #1, mid manager #2 ... that would be great!
