Officer SOE/LoE/Where's "here"?
1 After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”
Genesis 15:1 (NKJV)

One of the recurring themes of the Bible, "Do not be afraid". We see it clearly here, given with a reason no to be afraid. Although this was spoken to Abram, that is Abraham before his name change, it still is spoken to us today. What is it that you are afraid of today? School, job, home life, or even dieing? Read this passage carefully, God is our shield and reward, no matter the situation, real or imagined, we win.
