testing server again :)

I'm going to try hosting a cs server again. I had my QOS set at 650kbps, which translates to 80KB/s upload speed. I changed it to 850kbps on QOS, now i'm doing 108KB/s. Hopefully it was just the QOS bottle necking the server. Cause after 4 people get on, laggs like crazy. So cs source server is gonna be up in a few days, gotta finish upoading maps to toj temp server.

Negative, its down, i'm not putting it back up till ISP is fixed, no use in having it up now.
