my Chicago datacenter provider is undergoing an infrastructure upgrade. Power will be interupted during this time. These are the details:

Maintenance Window:
Wednesday, November 19 @ 10:00 PM CST – Thursday, November 20 @ 4:00 AM CST
Expected Service Impact: ~1–2 hours of downtime within the window (centered around midnight - 2 AM)

What to Expect​

• Our team will gracefully shut down servers ahead of the window to protect customer data and hardware.
• Power will be fully cut while the facility performs the UPS and ATS replacement.
• Once power is restored, we’ll bring systems online immediately, beginning with core infrastructure and client services.
• We do not anticipate any data loss or configuration changes.

During this period, services hosted in our Chicago datacenter—including VPS, Dedicated Servers, and some Shared Hosting environments—will be temporarily unavailable.
