SoE Welcoming Committee Recruiting Call

This post is to serve as a recruiting call. We are looking for two members who play at least 4-5 times per week and can be "on call" to some extent. The goal of the SoE Welcoming Committee is to provide new members with an immediate introduction to the guild through questing in Pre-Searing Ascalon with them. I will ask my two committtee members to max out a character in Pre-Searing Ascalon and fully explore the entire map. Then when new members who have just purchased the game need help, we will be there to walk them through and greet them with a smile.

Now, of course we can't help everyone if we don't know they are just starting out. But for those that we do know about, we can offer help by showing them around the area and helping them complete their initial tasks, so that they can experience the real fun of the game with all of their new SoE brothers and sisters. I dont want to hijack the thread, but I sent an email asking for membership last Thursday and I havent heard back. When should I expect to recieve an exceptance,or rejection?

Summit, I sent you an e-mail last night. I attempted to invite you, but I got an error message stating that you were a member of another guild.

I also noticed that in the e-mail, you sent me your character's name as Talesin, but you've got it listed here as Telesin.

I'll be online around 11pm EST or so as Pastori Mastersson. Please feel free to contact me and I'll get you the invite. The other members with invite power are Lana of Mountlake (Rebekah Evenstar), Sydney Ablaze (Gwendolyn Ablaze), and Silver Sand.

Glad to have you with us, and sorry for the boondoggle trying to get you invited.

You'll see that alot in game :p ;) Thats what spell checker is for although I seldom use it.

I am now Guildless. I have four members of my family who play on two accounts. We have three level 20 characters and more than one of us may be able to help with the welcoming committee, if you can stand my typos.

ok someone really needs to step up and post below me :) Thanks for the invite, and I promise that I will be on more when Flag Football season is over. That will be in about three weeks.
