Is it just me or is this still possible to find and try out? Different sites that I have tried to use as a 'dummy's guide' all refer to worldofwarcraft[dot]com which just goes to Battle[dot]net. I'm really confused because I thought that RAF was still possible so any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's in Battle.net

It'll be under your WoW game management in your Battle.net account. Just click on your WoW account and then on the Referrals & Rewards tab down near the bottom.
