Hi guys. I want to explain my lack of WoW. Actually I want to inform everyone that my play time is going to be a bit limited for the rest of this year. After that we shall see. As many of you know I am making a run at political office for State Representative. I do have a great chance and have just recieved the Republican Endorsement. It is going to take extreme amounts of my effort and time. Thus my playtime will have to become a "non priority" I am sad to say my raiding will be speratic at best. I am not quiting but will just have very limited playtime.


I thank all of you and look forward to playing as much as time allows. You all are considered friends and I would much appreciate your prayers as my family and I go on this adventure. God will be along for our ride and I know he has called us to this. I am excited for the future. See you online. God Bless

Seriously though! Good for you for getting involved in politics and making a difference. So often when I hear people complain about local politics or state or whatever my first question is ... "So, you are going to get on city council and change it?". If people don't try to change things by getting involved they have no place to complain.
 
Last time I heard..they don't let foriegners vote in your elections (Don't know why :-P) but if I could I would maybe vote for ya.

Carefull, this could be seen by the Democratic camps of Obomba and Hilarity as a ditch by Canadians to get Americans to support Republican. But then, maybe we will get on American news and then we can really say whats on our mind!!!! :eek:

This just in, Patch 2.4 buffs warlocks with the passive ability "Heads of State" allowing them to not only control you in game through fear but out of game through federal law.

I don't see why not, Gobby, the Dems let dead people vote for them, so a LIVE Canadian shouldn't be any problem! :D

Not a good choice, only because politics is a part of life, like it or not. I agree with you that most Politicians are corrupt, but not all, as Reco is a good example. Your best bet is to research, as much as possible, the candidates running and pick the best Republican.. err... Candidate... for the job. I am registered Republican, but I consider myself a Constitutionalist.
 
My problems with politics is: Is causes arguments even at work, and cause me and others to be uncomfortable... Many (not all) politicians lie all the time, which makes them no better than prostitutes (sinning to make a living), or lawyers... And I think the governmental system in the country (US) is broken badly...and I personally believe that a majority of the government is corrupt and that they take our money and hide things from us...
 
are we sure Reco isnt corrupt? :P maybe he just pretends and then during off times he goes and plays horde and ganks Redeemed in STV:P
