Ladies
When you get to heaven, what questions will / would you ask God? These can be light-hearted questions. I am sure we have said at some point - When I get to heaven I am going to ask God......

I will start

How do animals know when you are feeling under the weather and can cuddle in such a way that makes you feel better?

When you made your eternal decrees, did you simply decree the paths of subatomic particles in such a way that everything dominoed into the divine plan... or did you decree the exact movements of absoloutly everything from super-sub atomic to galactic?
 
I'd ask;

Why do they leave the doors to banks wide open and then chain down the pens?
How did the, Keep off the Grass sign, get there?
Why do we drive on parkways, but park on driveways?

But seriously;

Why do you love us so much?

I wonder if God would have a sense of humor to answer that: I'm not sure what I was thinking. Remember, he wanted to wipe out creation (hint: flood)

My question would be:

So, why did the chicken cross the road?

(I couldn't think of a question :( )
 
Good one Gen.

I would ask:

"What is the meaning of flatulance? How does it glorify you?"

Then after laughing for a good 3,000 years or so, Ill ask more seriously:

"How deep is your mercy, grace, and love?"

And that should occupy my mind for eternity.
 
After falling at His feet and being speechless for an endless amount of time:

1. May I sit in Your lap and hug your neck?

2. May I see You carry out Isaiah 40:12?

3. Will You show me Your wonders and miracles? I want to see with my own eyes the parting of the Red Sea, the loaves and fishes, Noah's Ark come to life, Your birth, Your resurrection, Your accession, Your baptism...

4. Will You read Your Word and Sing the Psalms?

5. May we have Heavenly chocolate at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb?
 
this may be a stupid one but: how long did it take u to think of creating the earth and how many other earths did u create, if u did create more than 1
 
Should I ever have occaision to lock glances with the Infinite, I suppose my question would also be "Why", but I would have a rather more pointed focus.

First, I'd want to know why he'd allow scripture to steal the harmony of so many of his followers. Seriously - there is something deeply wrong with most holy books that turns them from a manual on how to seek balance and harmony into an excuse factory for war, oppression and atrocity.

Second, I'd want to know what the point of all the suffering is. All holy men get tested, but why should the same thing apply to the rank and file? Unless Buddha has it right all along, and we're all supposed to be as holy as he is! In which case reincarnation must be correct - because none of us are spiritual enough to achieve it in one pass.

Third, if Mohemmad's role was to question faith and update it, then how has his influence become limited to the most dogmatic and reactionary of all the major faiths? How can the followers of someone who ushered in a golden age of questioning and discovery now impose the death penalty for those who question in turn?

Fourth, if Jesus was supposed to teach us the value of faith, then why was his lot on earth so harsh? And why was the message of his final reward suppressed so that it had to be brought to earth by man - who, of course, poisoned and twisted it? Surely so important a message deserved to be delivered to all creation and intact?

Not trying to be mean or anything but...if your not a Christian you won't even have the honor to look upon God/Jesus. Let alon talk to Him..sorry if this sounds mean but I'm just telling the truth.
 
Whether or not he'll get the chance to ask his questions is irrelevent in this discussion. I do not see why you feel compelled to bring it up; His questions are good ones.
 
I believe Eon will get his answers, for that matter, we all will. When you first come face to face with Jesus and God, you will become awashed in knowledge and understanding that is no longer corruptable by this poisoned, by sin, world. I don't believe anybody here fully understands how our understanding of anything and everything, whether by logic or faith, has been affected by sin.

Eon, these are the facts.

If you are not a Christian then you will get a chance to see God, however this will not be the day where you question God, it will be the day when God questions you. That day will be horrifying above all else for those who don't believe.

First, all people will be silent in that day.

Zec 2:13 "Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD, for He is aroused from His holy habitation!"

All enemies of the cross will have their ability to see, speak and run taken away. Whether this is figurative or physical makes no difference:

Zechariah 14:12-13 | And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet, Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths. It shall come to pass in that day That a great panic from the LORD will be among them. Everyone will seize the hand of his neighbor, And raise his hand against his neighbor’s hand;

Your questions almost seemed angry toward God, or prideful. Yet in that day no pride against God will stand. The judgement will be a glorious display of God's power and majesty. The most powerful men in history will be turned to whimpering babies in that day:

Revelation 6:15-17 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"

Revelation 19:11-16 "Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

There will be no question period where one may present a defense, because God is a Just Judge and His judgments are right. Instead judgment will be swift and final.

Revelation 20:12-15 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

God will also judge everyones deeds in public, before the whole world, recalling every evil. This will be the unbelievers most shameful day. Yet for the believer it will be the day of final redemption. We shall be saved from the wrath to come!

I was once of the opinion that I would ask

WHY?

But now that I pray and I read and study scripture. I think I would fall to my knees and Bow in such reverence I could muster. I would ask

Did I get it right?

Hopeful I would have, I think then if I was able I would bear hug Jesus and embrace everyone I could in Joy, reverence and Love. And after I got to everyone, Hopefully God would have an Akidio dojo I could practice with others in. :) In honor and worship of God and all he has done

But who knows I am sure what ever my charge is after I make it to heaven, I will fufill it with all the fruit of the Spirit being part of me.

And if I get it really right maybe I could be in the 1st heaven; whatever the case, I would be fulfilled in making it period.

I smile it will be nice to be with the King of Kings
