Sometimes when you are in a certain place, you really need to hear from God. Not because you are in a real bad place (being in a earthquake and Tsunami is a real bad place), but because you know you are not where you need to be spiritually, because what is inside of you is really junky and you realize all the sudden that it is just there and messy and ugly. Our flesh just wants to rule over us, oh what would it be like without Christ, I don't even know how non-Christians can function in this world. Sometimes I can barely make it as a Christian with Christ, yet alone without him. ugh.

The word I got in church today is Psalm 51:10 "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

Hope it might minister to you too, without Christ, we are all well, we are all just standing in the poo.

Love that Lisa! Maybe it wasn't only for you but for all of us, thank you so much for sharing. Funny thing, yesterday he gave me a song, I posted it on my face book page but thought, "Lord, I don't come from a broken home.. why are you giving me this song?" Then I realized you don't need to be from a broken home to have hurt and bad feelings.
