Project 86 in concert on TheRaveLive

[Neirai the Forgiven]

TheRaveLive is showing a concert with Project86 and two openers. The concert starts at 6:00pm my (Mountain) time (that's in 10 minutes,) with Project86 hitting the stage at 8:00pm.

I'm excited to watch it, and I'm not sure how many P86 fans there are around here, so I figured I'd pass it on.

ahh is this the show in akron? they were in town this morning on the radio station down the street from me

what's confusing is the radio station saying they were playing in akron last night, but that's not showing up on the tour dates.

either way, they play here/near to here a lot, i would love to see them live. listen to picket fence cartel a ton at work.

Hrm. I may have been unclear; the concert was broadcast over the internets. I rather enjoyed it, although I would have preferred to be there, methinks.

I missed the concert online. How was the quality, etc? Did you have to pay for it?

Even if the show was broadcast free...there's something environmental you can't recreate at home.

Quality was great, I think over the entire broadcast (4 hours) there were maybe ten little screen shutters. Sound was fine, although they probably could have mic'd the audience/ambience a little better, as it was hard to hear anything that wasn't immediately connected to a cord somehow.

Did you have to pay for it?

No. Unless they sold my (albeit dummy/trash) email to vendors.

It's true. I think that Project86 themselves lost a lot of intensity by not being there, although overall it was an enjoyable experience.
