There is a person that approached my in the past for buying a house and lot. She was referred by the husband of my sisters' friend. We did almost bought a pre build house and lot from this person but things didn't pan out. To make things short we found out that there is a person who supposedly buyer who bought a house from that seller. And this seller has been paid in some way already and now said to be hiding. I'm really sad for the supposed buyer also thankful that my sister didn't bought the house from the seller. I'm asking for prayers for the said victim.
