Percentage Ratings at 70 for a Warrior

Here are the various ratings and raw stats you need to get for each 1% at level 70 (found them and formatted a nice clear list)

Offensive

1% Crit
33 Agility
22 Crit Rating

1% Hit
15.8 Hit Rating

1% Attack Speed
15.8 Haste Rating

1 Weapon Skill Point
3.9 Weapon Skill Rating

Defensive

1 Defense Point
2.4 Defense Rating

1% Dodge
30 Agility
18.9 Dodge Rating

1% Parry
31.5 Parry Rating

1%Block
7.9 block Rating

PvP

Resilience -1% Chance to be Crit and 2% Reduced Damage taken from Crits
39.4 Resilience Rating

So, does it mean that for the top rating you need one of the two bottom ones or both? (ie. for 1% crit you only need either 33 Agi or 22 Crit Rating? or both of them?)
