So question for all The Forgiven peoples out there in WoW... who is all starting a toon out on M'G?

If we have enough it would be a personal prayer of mine to start a Christian guild there on that server, if possible an extention of TF. I don't care who wants to be guild leader or whoever wants run the guild on the server. i just want to see it get started up and want them to have the courage to enforce what is set in place for our guild. (heck, i'd step up to be GL, if there isn't anyone willing to be in that position and i'm more than willing to learn and dedicate my time or support and assist the person that does step up.), but this is the server (M'G) i enjoy playing the most i have Real life friends that play here and i would like to do it with a good clean christian atmosphere.


if at all possible i would very much like to start up a christian guild on the server. If there is anyone creating (or wanting to create) toon(s) on this server or want to create a toon on the horde side. i would like to enlist your help.


i still plan to playing my toon on Terenas, and i'm not trying to "steal" away guild members from TF, but uh if you going to start a horde character on this server i'd love to get something started up!

There has been another spin off from one of our members (TC). Not sure where he is and who has spun toons there. As I mentioned to him, while I have no trademark on TheForgiven, and have no plans to launch a franchise ;) please feel free to go for it. As for me, I have only enough time for one guild and one server. I have some lowbie toons for the times when Terenas is down but I do not take them serious and they are more of a time filler. Good luck with it and see you on Terenas.
 
I know that I really want to continue to fellowship with y'all, so I plan to be on TS when I am playing so that we can keep in touch, and so I that I will know if anyone needs a hand with anything. I would be all to happy to pop back and forth between the servers. I also plan to make as many of the monday/friday guild runs as RL permits. :)

As for TF on M'G, I am not really sure it matters who is GM or not. If there every was an issue I suspect that most of us could come to an aggrement as to how to handle a difficult situation/individual. Perhaps a bunch of us should become officers in the new guild though, just so we will have enough people online to invite anyone else who wants to join.
 
Hey, I started a toon last night,

While I still consider my character on terenas my main, and the priority is to get him his last 6 levels, I have enjoyed playing horde, and wouldn't mind joining you guys and helping with anything.
A word on TS or this forum would probably get me over to M'G right away.
As for guild leadership. I probably know less than all of you, but from seeing now 7F is run, it seems that if you want to do it right, you'll be putting a lot of constant care and attention into it. I don't have that kind of commitment to the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone came along. In the meantime, we can look to getting some people together to establish a guild in the blizzard sense, just to have the benefits of GA, /G chat, etc.

that's exactly what i mean ... let's just get some blizzard traditional guild... i don't mean like brakeoff of this guild that's why i was saying an extension of TF...

just a differen't set of officers that takecare of m'g such as for inviting people, ect..
 
As I mentioned, I prefer this is not an extension of TF for many reasons. There are some of us who have characters in other guilds on Terenas as well as other servers but these forums, teamspeak server and our guild name define a unique "instance" or characters for Terenas. I would prefer not to have other guilds tied directly with TF. Our policies and practices, the underlying infrastructure should be unique for each guild. While it might be concerning that too much time and discussion on creating other guilds on other servers, I want it understood, we have an open door approach, come and go as you please. I only ask that discussion on these forums be used for TheForgiven on Terenas but I encourage you to find a place to create a site and forums. A place where you can create your unique environment and surroundings.

I agree 100%. The Frogiven is on Terenas, and it's irresponsible to link any spontaneous startup guild on some other server to TribForce on a whim. That said, I don't think there is enough interest or support out there to start a serious sister guild to The Forgiven, so I don't think we need to discuss setting up anything official for the time being. However, we all love leveling alts, and getting organized to experience PVP Horde-side action together makes it more fun. For now, let's look for each other on Mal'Ganis and chat in-realm. If someone knows how to set up a free bulletin service outside of this site to coordinate, that would make things nicer as well.

BTW: I'm not leaving Terenas by any means, I still intend to group with y'all with Onesiphorus, Nazerine and Borithane.
 
I looked it over today, and it looks like you can setup a ventrilo server for upto 8 persons for free. That would be fine while we are just toying around on MG. If we get enough people to need more we could look into that then.
