So, I've noticed that the Deviants are getting major ownage at level 50 and after zone boss fights. It's sweet payback after all the ganking. There was some questions of imbalance and perhaps there is at the lvl ranges but server wide I do not think there is. I got into 2 forty plus people fights yesterday and we just mopped them up.
