Looking for Handicap Maps

This is probably a longshot, but I'm wondering if anyone has the really old handicap/skew maps that were made once-upon-a-time for the ToJ ladder. I'm interested in using those for playing against some friends, and if they still exist somewhere, it'd save me the time of making all those triggers again. Thanks for any help.
