Looking for a webdesigner

Well, I'm deciding to take another leap out into the ministry via the internet. I already do many things around the church and am involved in everything I am able to do; but still I do not feel like my church is winning many souls. So I have did some research and found that the internet provides interest and visiters to the church. And this could possibly be a great venture for our church considering most churches have atleast websites with basic information about the church.

I figure this website could act as like a 24/7 Church bulletin. It could be updated to show the minutes for the church, or show the basic outline of what the youth did that week at their meetings on Wednesday, or Thursday. Also could have simple little lessons, possibly kids stories, information on how to contact the church, and information on the upcoming events at the church and how to get involved and so many more possibilities!

I'm extremely excited about it, and plan to run it by the Pastor and a few other senior members, who I think will back up what the Youth Leader(myself) has to say. But there are a few undecided things.

I was wondering if there are any webdesigners who could possibly design a layout for me to use for this website, and possible have any ideas of freehosting or a good reliable host that I could pay for myself.

As for a host, I suggest Powweb (powweb.com) They give you:

1 GB of space
5 GB/day bandwidth
PHP 4/CGI/Perl
5 MySQL databases
A few hundred email accounts (more like 650)
Free domain name (yoursite.com) if you purchase 1 year of the service

All for $7.77/month. I have my website (Pure Fun) on their servers, and they do well at the service.
