I personally use the Insomniax Recompilation, it has alot of different mods on it... I just disable the ones that annoy me as I test it. Pretty nice, there are many things I like about this one.

I'd like to point out an excellent mod for Warriors and Rogues called StanceSets.
This mod lets you set up different weapon/shield configurations depending on whether you are in defensive/battle/berzerker stance (warrior), or default/steathed (rogue).

I've found it actually increased the damage my rogue does, as I can have my dagger in main hand when stealthed for nasty Ambush damage, and then when I unstealth, my sword is swapped to my main hand for better Sinister Strike damage.

Multiple configurations can also be set up and cycled through.
