I respecced full Combat Daggers due to researching the best spec for Kara. I also have the epic dagger from Scryers now and after a few trial instances look to be doing tons more DPS than before.

Every class may need to evaluate what can be done in terms of speccing to make it work.
 
I'm also going for my epic sword from HH...a few more SH or heroric ramparts/BF runs and I should be good...oh yeha, and respec'd
