It sounds kinda decent so long as you can time Gale just right to keep the people in one spot for Savannah Heat. I don't know if you could keep it up though, might be kinda hard

Combine that with a W/A with Bull's Strike, stonefist gauntlets and Scorpion Wire and you've got a Savannah ele that doesn't need to carry Gale.

Savannah gets cast, enemy starts to run, W hits Bull's Strike, knockdown for 3 secs, W runs away to trigger Scorpion wire for second knockdown. Hilarity ensues when enemy calls you cheap.
