Earlier this week we were told that one of our guildmates had gone into surgery and then had died. We then heard that he was alive and then that he had died briefly but had been revived. After looking into the statements made, doing some research in real life based on the name of the member, and talking to the people logging onto his account we've come to believe that was a hoax.
There is too much "fishy" information regarding the details and the people we've talked to who were on his account. All this to say.. we're sorry that bad information got out like this and that many of you were upset to hear that one of our members had died.
I do want to say I'm proud of each of you. You showed compassion and love and spent a lot of time praying over the situation. Y'all are an awesome example of what a Christian community should be. Keep it up.
