Meh, fee based character transfers sounds like it's just going to make it easier for people who build characters to sell them.

...Talent improvements for the remaining classes; Shaman, Rogue and Mage...
I understand the Mage, but no so much the shaman and definately NOT the rogue needing improvements.

"improvements" can mean fixes that can act as nerfs.

The Paladin "improvements" did buff the trees, but Forebearance is a HUGE nerf to our survivability. Overall although I enjoy my paladin much more, I do feel he is a good chunk weaker than pre-1.9

nerf means to be made less.

"I nerfed the palladins survivablity."

MEANS:

"I made the palladins ability to bubble and hearth less effective then what it was my reducing the the time divine sheild is active to less then how long it takes to channel a hearth."

Maybe but I'm hoping it means I can pay to have my main toon from Stormrage transferred over to Stonmaul to party with the crew.

Same here I wouldnt mind moving my priest over to stonemaul from nerzul. I am the only active member in my guild. How can this be im a priest!!! and im only in PUGs all the time. so I hardly get any good loot.

yeah, I really would like to bring over my rogue and priest from deatwing. anyone wanna begin speculating what the criteria will be for character transfers?

A while back Blizzard sent out a survey to a bunch of people about how much they would be willing to pay for a character transfer. The prices if I remember right were $20, $40 and $60, or something close to that. Now keep in mind thats nothing official but it sounds like blizzard is trying to make it expensive enough that people aren't transfering servers every other week.

I believe it may be expensive and because of farming; there will possibly be a lengthy time limit between characters transferred per account.

Yea, but the thing is that's not going deter the people who play to sell the account. In fact the only people that hurts are those legitimately trying to play with their friends without putting another 3 months into the early game.

When Mythic, the makers of Dark Age of Camelot did this for the game, they charged $35 for a one time account split. You could take one character and split if off into its own unique account. So, my guess is it starts at $50 bucks for Blizzard.

Then we may blame it on money. The root of most evils. If gold farming wasnt so profitable. Then maybe there would be less restrictions on some of blizzards policies.
